Question: How much are annual dues?
Answer: $50/year per lot.
Question: What are our dues for?
Answer: Our dues are vital to the Association, they are used to pay for the maintenance and up-keep of the entrance, our park and 'Rushing Park (cemetery)", legal assistance, mailings among other things.
Question: Why are there two seperate sets of covenants/restrictions?
Answer: They were created seperately over approximately a years time.
Question: How many lots and homes are there in Paradise Bay Subdivision?
Answer: As of December 1, 2006, of the 220 lots there are 182 homes built with 1 currently under construction.
Question: I own a boat, where can I launch it?
Answer: Answer: Gulf Breeze and Pensaola Beach boat launches.
